… oh dear. i’ve gained maybe twenty followers since i was last around but down ten from before. gosh, inactivity sure does a number on one’s follower count!
not that i mind, really it’s my own fault for disappearing, and i welcome all of you new followers~!
anyway, i’m going to sift though my asks, answer a few, but then probably clear it. the asks are months and months old. i’m sure a few from the back are a year old. and i sort of want to come back with a fresh start. well, sort of fresh start. i’m not about to delete anything from the blog :O

should i be bothered by it? i mean does your dog feel bugged running around without a sweater or a pair of pants? i dont really see why i should :O even waaaay back when i lived on my island i didnt see too much point to it other than they were pretty :O
I don't care if this blog isn't canon, it's awesome! I can say in complete confidence that this is the best ask jadesprite blog I have ever seen, and one of my favorite blogs in general. I love your wit, and your drawing style. Who cares if it's OOC or non-canon or whatever! It's an awesome blog, people love it! Please don't leave.. It wouldn't be the same without you.
((Oh my gosh, you *hugs* You’ve given me so many words of encouragement ;u; But canon or not, I’m still taking a break. (Which seriously results in me doing exactly what I’ve been doing but without the wondering of where the heck I went.) I do want to be a more canon blog though, or at least come up with something to illustrate where I differ.

((Ahahaha so to be honest I got on here planning on quitting the normal Jadesprite blog, the update sort of hit me hard and well this blog is so far from cannon I just…
I don’t know. I also rarely update. I feel bad about it but not bad enough to start working on asks on a regular basis I guess. I have another askblog I’d honestly rather work on and that’s only been held off because I share that one with my girlfriend and she’s been busy as fudge with school. That and I’m lazy. :d But I digress.
I came here with the full intent of quitting. But then I looked at my ask (it never tells me I have new ones for whatever reason) and there were several new asks. And by the time I stopped to think about what I was doing I was already working on the third picture (the quality is terrible but oh well). I still love Jadesprite so much, I just never feel like drawing her except in bursts, and the straying from canon isn’t helping my motivation here.
So I’m thinking instead of quitting, I’m going to go on Hiatus until further notice. When I come back to this blog I’ll be a much more canon Jadesprite played the best I can make her. Until then I’ll probably still update the Trickster Jadesprite blog because fudge it if I don’t love tricksters a whole lot right now. I might randomly update this, about as randomly as I have lately, because I still have a lot of asks I’ve yet to get around to do.
